The company was set up in 2015 in collaboration with a real estate developer in Norway, therefore, 80% of our products are exported to Norway, Sweden and other European countries. The company employs skilled engineers, carpenters and designers. Our plant is located in the industrial area near the capital city of Vilnius in Lithuania. The plant covers the area of 2500 sq.m. Secondary activities of the company include the production of construction and planed timber, various carpentry items, garden houses, outdoor furniture etc.

The company is focused on providing high quality services and products for both private and business clients all over Europe.

About our technology

Information from the client’s architects is passed to our construction engineers who prepare production drawings, evaluate the loads in the house, minimisation of cold bridges, and optimum insulation. Design is produced using licensed software, therefore, exact quantities of materials are known already in the beginning of the project and contingency costs are avoided. The ready-made project of the houses sent for production where carpenters with long years of experience produce the panels using modern processing machines. Our production department guarantees suitable conditions for work with timber, constant control of humidity and temperature.

By selecting the windows and doors, ventilation and heating systems of appropriate standards, the PARTEKA house corresponds to class A (TEK10) cost efficient standards, with minimum heat resistance of floors up to 0.15 W/m2K, outer walls up to 0.18 W/m2K and the roof for up to 0.13 W/m2K. Heat resistance of doors and windows is up to 1.2 W/m2K.

Ready-made panels of the house are isolated against environmental effects during transportation, delivered to the construction site and mounted within a few days, depending on the scope of the project.
